ROI Solutions is partnered with the Division of Samsung Electronics that handles all their research marketing as well as their inbound customer care for Cell Phone and tablet devices. We call current Samsung customers and complete ask questions about either a repair they had done, or a telephone call they made to the support center. The calls are very straight forward, our longest survey is about 7-8 questions long. Normal call duration is about 2-3 minutes. We are highly based on performance and require a minimal of 6 completed calls per hour. In regards to our inbound customer care line, we service level 1 technical support for phone devices and tablets.
Currently we are looking for people that are comfortable with taking the same surveys every day (monotonous work load), prior experience with surveys is beneficial. If you are self motivated and are performance driven we want to speak to you. Something equally important is our agents reliability. Attendance plays a big part on our Samsung account.
