Overview

A contact collector within the Visa team is responsible for doing research and analysis for any specified company such as phone numbers, decision makers, email information and addresses. Generally for example if a company like US bank provided a list of companies that they deal with we research the company on behalf of US bank for contact information so that we could get a hold of a decision maker and offer them the services that VISA provides.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Highest level of integrity.
  • Working knowledge of ROI systems, (Swipeclock, Five9, Gmail).
  • Advanced typing skills, (45+ wpm).
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time talking on the phone, (Recruiting / Contact Collection).
  • Meeting expected levels of performance and managing assigned task loads.
  • Thorough understanding of all terms relating to the Visa project.
  • Ability to navigate with regards to work processes inside the CRM, (Salesforce).
  • Moderate level of understanding of the manual and automated payment process.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge of the English language including grammar and spelling.
  • Basic business acumen.
  • Ability to take ownership of special projects and deliver expected results.
  • Ability to perform in a team environment.
  • Highest level of attendance and reliability.
  • Basic working knowledge of Office Suites, (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Adhering to established policies & procedures to ensure the project remains successful.
  • Reporting to management any issues with records, campaigns.
  • Ability to deliver the clients message in a clear and concise manner to the assigned suppliers, (Contact Collection /Recruiting).
  • Ability to interpret email conversations from suppliers and respond in the professional manner, (Comm-Data/ Recruiting)
